This is the request information form for Continuing Education, Aquinas' undergraduate program for post-traditional learners. This form is for veterans (of any age) and those approximately 23 years and over who are interested in undergraduate classes.

Information if you are currently in high school or graduated from high school in the last few years.

Information if you are interested in Aquinas’ nursing program.

Information if you already have a bachelor's degree and are interested in a master's degree or in taking graduate classes.
